Welcome to Full CMR Executive
Membership
For experienced senior
executives
CMR is
expanding and needs more
senior, experienced
executives throughout the UK
and Ireland and overseas, from all
industries and disciplines,
to provide consultancy and
business expertise to its
small to medium-sized
corporate clients.
Transform your career
prospects,
enjoy
financial
independence and
improve your quality of life
Full Membership of CMR is
open to director-level
executives with experience
and entrepreneurial ability
from all industries and
locations within the UK and
Ireland.
Our members provide
management support and a
wide range of essential
business resources to
companies mainly in the SME
sector - size range of up to
£100 million, but sometimes
much larger. We also
handle government
consultancy projects.
CMR provides all the skills
and marketing channels to
enable all our members to
fully realise their
potential and develop
excellent income levels.
CMR Members can work
individually or as part
teams within CMR - Regional
Management Groups, the
Special Business Groups and
our industry-centred
Affinity Groups. There
is absolutely no lack of
opportunity and business for
those members who are well
motivated and have the
ability to deal with client companies. Members
are able to build their
income both within CMR and
also through their own
private business or
consultancy if desired,
using our resources to
help.
Earning potential is
unlimited - we work with
clients for fees and
sometimes also an equity
stake. Our best people
earn over £150,000 p.a. with
privately-generated income
on top. Members are
free to spend as much or as
little time on CMR business
as they wish - many will
combine CMR with other
activities. It is also
ideally suited to those
senior execs in partial
retirement.
Although we expect most
senior executives joining us
to already have most of the
skills needed, we do provide
both training and mentoring
as desired, to allow new
members to rapidly achieve
success. If you feel
comfortable meeting CEOs and
other directors of client
companies, and can rapidly
assess a company's situation
and problems and can formulate
solutions using the full
armoury of CMR's resources
and network, including of
course, your own particular
skills - then you will do
well within CMR. Those
are the key attributes
needed to be successful.
CMR works with its members
on a non-profit basis, which
means there are
exceptionally low costs of
membership (£65 + VAT/month)
to cover marketing and admin
costs, including
professional indemnity
insurance. The main upside for
CMR itself is a small 15%
share of client revenues
generated, with 80% going to
those introducing and
working on client projects
(other 5% goes to regional
management) - see
full fee structure. CMR
should not be confused with
those organisations charging
high membership fees (see
Daily Telegraph exposé).
The CMR overall website is
necessarily quite complex
because of the enormous
range of services and
resources we provide for
clients.
It would be useful for you to
read
some of it to gain an
overview of our
organisation. If you
feel CMR could be right for
you and vice-versa, please
email your CV to Mike
Downey, Managing Director at
cmr@cmruk.com - we will
then contact you to discuss
further. We have a
fast joining process,
details on which will be
sent to you after receiving
your CV.
We look forward to hearing
from you and working with
you soon!
